ROLE: CREDIT ANALYST

DEPARTMENT : CREDIT & MARKET RISK

BRIEF ON JOB PROFILE:

1. Credit Underwriting for Financing proposals to Business Segment of companies with turnover in the range of Rs. 200 - 1000 Crs.)

2. Credit analysis (Analysis w.r.t. Business, Industry and Financials of a corporate)

3. Formulating credit judgments post analysis and considering all risks/mitigants

4. Indicate rationale for credit decision

5. Recommendation of credit proposals /enhancements to senior credit approvers

6. Allocating Ratings to the client after thorough evaluation of business & financial risk

7. Liaisioning with Business to reduce irregularities in accounts and follow up of the same

8. Monitoring assigned industries and giving Early warning signals related to companies and industries handled

TECHINCAL SKILLS /KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED:

1. Strong financial/ organizational/ multi tasking/ project management and presentation skills must be comfortable presenting approaches, findings, and solutions to a diverse audience.

2. Thorough understanding of corporate finance, including balance sheets, income statements, cash flow, capital budgeting, MPBF, profit and loss, time value of money, pro forma statements, treasury and capital markets.

3. Develops & Administers financial models and scenario analysis including ratio analysis, present value, internal rate of return, payback period & SWOT analysis to substantiate recommendations.

4. Exercise initiative, imagination, and sound judgment in making decisions conforming to laws, rules, regulations and policies.

5. Well Versed with MS Office Applications like word, excel (including macro), power-point
