1. Review of all States registration no. is in place and all Branch / Offices / ATM are mapped under respective states registration no..  2. Review of proper follow is done with Vendors for getting their GST registration no. and to ensure vendors are filing their return as per timelines enforced.  3. Coordinate with CTT / PWC team for getting latest update on GST.   4. Review of system testing is done wherever there is GST implication.  5. Review of reconciliation is done on daily / monthly / yearly basis without any miss out.  6. Review of all GST payment is done at respective states as per Goods / Services received / provided.  7. Ensure updates are given to seniors on regular updates on GST.   8. Need to maintain very good relation with other stake holders of the Bank.  9. To ensure there is no regulatory violation by Bank, while reporting / reconciling all GST related transaction.  10. Ensure all queries related to Vendors / Customers etc. are resolved within the specified time frame.  11. Review Call Back reports are run and checked on daily basis.  12. Make frequent visits to Vendors / Customers / Other verticals of the Bank to understand the requirements.  13. Periodic meetings with Product / Operation / BTG / IT to ensure systems / process are updated in line with GST law.  14. Ensuring that Unit gets a satisfactory rating in Internal & SOX audit.  15. Ensure proper Housekeeping without any deviation.  16. Ensure that resources are allocated adequately during absenteeism.   17. Ensure all regulatory Payments / MIS / Reporting's are done with in defined time frame
