HCM/BCM - Management Consulting (12-15 yrs)

Position Overview:

The HR / BCM Transformation has been created to take responsibility for leading our CONSULTING SERVICES efforts in India and Middle East

- HR Shared Services Transformation and HR BPO Advisory

- Human Resources Technology (ERP) Transformation and Business Design Advisory

- HR Performance Management and Optimization Advisory

- Organizational Change Management for BPO

- Organizational Change Management for IT Outsourcing

- Organizational Change Management for Package and Non-Package Enable Transformation

The objective is to build our IME HR / BCM transformation propositions mentioned above across our Top 25 IME Practice Direct specific accounts, identify and build business with existing non-CONSULTING SERVICES Our clients and bring new clients to the overall firm.

This role will also have responsibility for:

- Qualifying opportunities with existing Client Partners and Account teams

- Aligning HCM/BCM practice propositions to account mining strategies and execute on those strategies to win HCM/BCM Transformation projects

- Meeting managed revenue targets of 6 million USD.

- Building a team to support our HCM/BCM propositions across our selected Industry Vertical Top 25 accounts and Practice Direct accounts in IME

Job Functions:

Within this overall responsibility, key tasks will include:

- To support the Verticals with Domain Expertise in Client Engagements and Business Development Activities / Pursuits

- To act as a business strategist, suggest and develop solutions that will bring business benefits to the customer in terms of additional revenue opportunities or reduction in costs within the HCM/BCM practice and involve other practices as opportunities evolve.

- Work closely with client partners, practice managers, account directors, account managers, Technology Infrastructure Services, Business Applications Services, BPO and project delivery teams both on shore and offshore to develop the account.

- To provide senior staff (Principal Consultants / Senior Managers) and Staff (Manager and below) in the team with effective leadership and motivation as part of client engagement and pursuits.

- To maintain effective working relationships at CEO, HR Group Officer, Group HR Director, CFO and COO levels.

Requirements:

- With proven experience in the Human Capital and Business Change domain; with a background in any one or more related management consulting and transformation solutions below:

- HR Technology Strategy

- HR Cloud/SaaS Application Implementation

- HR Performance Improvement

- HR Shared Services Optimization

- Talent Management

- Human Capital Strategy

- Business Change Management (Business Impact Analysis, Communications, Governance, )

- A specialist in client management with cross disciplinary experience in business strategy, project management, product management and account management

- Good understanding of ERP HR (PeopleSoft, SAP, Workday; SuccessFactors), HR Analytics / Business Intelligence and Automated Workflow Technology tools at the strategy and implementation levels based on the related issues facing COOs, HR Officers and their decision processes (e.g. past experience in Oracle, SAP, etc., would be very helpful)

- Successful track record of achieving business targets for a Practice of at least 25 staff and completing transformation and advisory engagements within a major client account in Financial Services, Oil & Gas, Retail, CPG, Manufacturing, etc.

- Understanding of strategic account planning and marketing campaigns with practical knowledge of developing complex account plans and implementing them

- The personal presence to act as an effective influencer and negotiator at the most senior levels of client management

- Creative and entrepreneurial in approach but focused on effective delivery and business development management

- An effective communicator, able to provide excellent leadership and motivation for the team whilst working effectively as a team player with the sales and delivery teams

- Should have experience and training in delivering Human Resources transformation and improvement services in an onsite-offshore model with Six Sigma and Lean tools

Other Skills/Abilities:

- Strong leadership skills

- Strong business development and relationship management skills

- Strong communication, presentation, writing and inter-personal skills are critical

- Past roles as in Management Consulting and Industry as a HR Director of a division, unit, or area will be helpful
