Skill - BPO Operations with Sales experience
- Building client relationships, particularly at C-Level, senior management level, across complex organizations and dealing with many influencers in the decision making process
- Must be able to demonstrate innovative methods of generating leads for business opportunities through own initiative and approach
- Entrepreneurial skills and instinct in undertaking high level strategic analysis and planning, together with development of innovative value propositions for customers
- Demonstrate innovative and creative approach in constructing business and commercial solutions. Solving problems whilst working within broad parameters and guidelines of internal and external process requirements
- Manage and own financial and commercial metrics and associated targets including revenue, margin, DSO/ billing
- Creation & management of a product/business unit level proposition under a service line head. Owning end to end GTM of this proposition including creating marketing collateral/asset, sales training, analyst & advisor briefing, events participation & managing partnership as applicable
- Ability to work under high-pressure situation and on time bound projects. Must be able to work with - virtual- teams in a multi-stakeholder environment
