HCL Technologies - Quality Manager (8-13 yrs)
- Work with multiple teams of business practitioners to analyse findings, develop improvement recommendations and deliver improvements in the operational teams.
- Work cross functionally with sales, transition, operations, service and back office functions to improve processes throughout the business.
- Create and embed a continuous improvement framework focused on performance
- Adapt, apply, and provide training and coaching on our disciplined root cause analysis process aimed at reducing recurring customer problems and preventing future problems.
- Work with Customers - Operational Excellence /Operations teams to identify reengineering opportunities upstream and downstream to streamline processes end to end
- Identify and solve problems applying a structured, fact based, and disciplined methodology to effectively deliver change
- Drive and/or Lead process improvement projects that are focused on delivering sustainable increases in customer satisfaction across a range of business processes and functions
- Accountable for delivering tangible results, effective change management approaches, and best practice project management techniques
- Inform, influence, negotiate & persuade internal/external stakeholders in relation to continuous improvement efforts and initiatives.
- Demonstrate a consistent ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization, teach and present complex and/or new ideas with clarity and simplicity.
