Our focus is to create development solutions that offer a career launch pad for students and a ready pool of employable talent for enterprises in the IT, Banking, Insurance and Healthcare sectors.  HCL TalentCare is headquartered in Chennai and operates a training campus in Hyderabad and is developing a world-class facility in Chennai.   Job Profile :   Key Areas of Responsibility and Accountability :  - Understand client requirements and propose & deliver training solutions for BFSI  - Interact with the client and other functional teams for gaining understanding of the requirements   - To analyse, define and design training programs for BFSI and work towards continuous improvement for better program delivery  - Delivery of training sessions for a minimum of 20 days a month  - Content development for BFSI as per HCL TC Standards  - Develop session plan for every program   - Interact with stakeholders to understand client requirements  - Modify content to meet client requirements  Role Requirements :   - Minimum 3 yrs. Experience in Retail Assets Credit, Banking and 2 years experience in Training delivery and Content development   - Excellent Communication Skills  - Indepth Knowledge of Retail Assets Credit is mandatory  - Ability to analyse a Balance Sheet for credit analysis   - Good Knowledge of Banking is mandatory  - Knowledge of Corporate Banking, Mutual Funds, Insurance is preferrable
