Roles and Responsibilities:  Main Responsibility Areas / Key Tasks:  - Work with partner to build joint partnership strategy  - Work with HCL sales team on joint account strategy  - Identify joint proposition with partner and work with marketing team to formalize the same  - Work with contractual and legal teams to finalize joint agreements for new service lines with partner  - Plan, prepare and participate in partner meets, strategy meets, sales meet & customer meet  Key Deliverables / output:  - Rigorous follow-up on account & partnership status with sales team  - Fortnightly status update to Governance Board on progress, challenges & opportunities  General Purpose of the Role:  - The purpose of the role is work towards partnership enablement & revenue generation through joint efforts with HCL sales team  Environment and key interfaces (with whom + nature of interaction):  - Interaction with sales leaders & their teams  - Interaction with Legal & finance teams  - Interaction with partners Leadership team  - Interaction with marketing and communications team  Experience: 6-8 Years  Qualification: MBA  The ideal candidate should possess:  - Good knowledge of IT industry and trends  - Experience of working & keen interest in building partnership  - Basic understanding of contractual and financial models  Competencies:   - Strong interpersonal skills  - Strong communication skills  - Ready to travel frequently for short trips outside India
