The Social media lead at HCL will be responsible for :  - Developing & overseeing the social media strategy of the company  - Launch & own global campaign which position HCL as a global leader in social media  - Strategize and Execute Social Media Campaigns to drive Traffic, engagement and Brand Storytelling  - Manage social Media reach & engagement across platforms such as Facebook, Youtube, Twitter, pinterest, google + and instagram..to position HCL as leader in reach & engagement. Responsible for managing organic & paid promotion for all the channels. Paid promotions on Facebook, LinkedIn, promoted tweets, pinned posts,  - Should be able to execute multiple campaign for different business units of HCL simultaneously  - Should be responsible for Media optimization and Social Media solution  - Provide detailed reports to Sales team about the social media presence of the prospect  - To conceptualize, execute the lead generation strategy through social channel  - Manage & generate content for the digital promotion. Collating information from different business units and writing content about HCL services on different social media platforms  - Managing online brand and different campaigns of HCL technologies to raise brand awareness. Able to get insights from social listening tools & publish actionable / reports for different business units  - Assess the impact and ROI of online digital programs. High focus on ROMI (Return on marketing investments).  Following are the Skills and expertise required for Social Media Lead-Corporate Marketing  - Minimum 5+ years of Social media experience  - MBA from a top B-school in India would be preference  - IT Blogging experience, Mobile, email marketing & localized marketing experience is must  - Experience in digital agency or B2B marketing is must.  - Hands on experience on social media analytic tools such Simply measured, listening tool Oracle SRM or - Radian6 is must  - Should have sound knowledge of all of the organic & paid promotion on all the social channels, Email - marketing, Campaign Analytics, Content Strategy, Multivariate analysis (A/B testing), Web Analytics, Google - Analytics/Adwords, Campaign optimization , Ad Inventory Pricing and Management, Social Listening, - Demographic Insights, Competitive Analysis, Brand campaign management, Brand perception analysis.
