Job Description :

- Responsible for understanding the client requirement, selecting required talent pool, assigning them their roles and responsibilities.

- Working closely with Resource Management Group to close open positions in timeframe.

- Understanding of skill gap and organizing required training to address the same.

- Driving the resource rotation and managing the attrition targets.

- Responding to the IT operations related pre-bid queries.

- Doing an audit of FM processes, doing necessary changes according to ITIL Process.

- Contract Review and contract assessment.

Skills Required:

- Good Communication skills, able to interact and face clients.

- Good People and resource management Skills.

- Good understanding of overall technical landscape

- Preferred in case having Resource Augmentation Experience

- P&L Understanding is must.
