Please find below the job specifications:

Position: M&A (Designation depending upon experience); required (5-7 years exp)

Location: Noida

Profile:

- Undertake support activities across the various phases of the M&A process

- Undertake research for evaluating Technology, potential targets, markets etc.

- Assessing acquisition targets in terms of strategic fit in the business portfolio and identifying transactions to fill gap in existing portfolio.

- Conduct financial evaluation of companies and prepare financial valuation models (DCF, Comparable etc.)

- Prepare on deal negotiations, deal valuation and pricing and preparation of deal documentation to facilitate decision making.

- Assist due diligence of probable acquisition/ divestiture targets

- Determine optimal transaction structure and negotiation strategy for seamless deal execution.

- Ensuring closing processes and agreements by working closely with various stakeholders.

Personal Attributes:

- Understanding of IT Industry Across Geographies.

- Comfort with Financial Statements & Financial Analysis.

- Strategic outlook - Ability to establish linkages.

- Able to work independently.

- Effective Communication Skills.

- High level of integrity and ethical behaviour.

Looking for person who is handling M&A function of big corporates (any industry).

Qualification: CA and or Top ranked MBA (Finance)
