- Lead HR strategic projects team in designing and implementing various initiatives   - Lead Strategic programs team on HR analytics project which includes analysis on attrition, demand vs. fulfillment, overhead cost, Salaries, etc.  - Involved in Preparing dashboards, presentations and other actionable to act as a Decision Support System to the Strategic programs head director HR BSERV  - Contribute in strategic projects like designing incentive plans, rationalizing compensation grids etc.  - Contribute in performance appraisals for annual, mid-year and quarterly cycles  - Provide data mining and analytical support on HR engagements, including conducting analysis, building data intensive models/tools, summarize and interpret results  - Enhance overall knowledge base in understanding different HR systems and provide support to a wide range of HR verticals through database management  - Design KPP structure for leadership teams in consultation with performance COE and BSERV management  - Measure performance linked bonus for senior management on the KPP structure defined  MS Office - Advanced | Assured Communication | Ability to multi task and work in an fast paced environment | Self Driven | Comfort with stretch goals  Full Time MBA Preferred
