HCL - Manager/Deputy Manager/Senior Executive - Taxation - CA (0-7 yrs)

We are hiring CAs for various positions in Tax team. Position valid for Manager/ DM/ Sr. Executive levels (basis relevant experience)

Experience range : 0 - 7 years. Preferably 1st/ 2nd attempts pass outs.

Roles :

To look after the day to day Indirect Taxation (Service Tax/VAT/GST) compliance and advisory job which includes :

- Review of Cenvat eligibility, service Tax/ VAT or GST Return, Refund of service tax

- Tax Reconciliation

- Reply to the queries / notices issued by the Deptt

- Interaction with Lawyers and consultants

- Filing Appeals

- Day to day advisory on various issues related to service tax

To look after the US and Canada indirect tax :

- End to End responsibility of US and Canada Sales Tax compliances.

- Filing Returns and handling Tax Authority Notices with the help of the consultants

- Audits with proper tracking of information flow.

- Interactive communication with Tax consultant and providing timely information as required.

- Getting/Liaison with Inter-departments to get the required data and other follow ups.

To look after the Europe and APac countries Indirect tax :

- Filing Returns in different Countries, getting audit done from VAT /GST authorities, tax account reconciliations

- Replying to the notices

- Interaction with consultants

- Discussing the deals with business team for tax perspectives, and advise them the most tax efficient billing / delivery pattern.

- Advise to the business and management on indirect tax issues

Position is valid for Noida.
