Job description:

- Work closely with sales team and customers to create qualified opportunities

- Provide Sales Support for qualified funnel of L1/ L2/ L3 & platinum accounts

- Capability to work with Sales team in creation of new Managed Services opportunities

- Understand customer inputs and design solutions to meet the customer requirements

- Bid defense proposals & customer presentations of excellent quality

- Design customer specific managed services solutions with help of tools and automation

- Review and provide solutions for qualified deals as per margin norms.

- Initial Transition management co-ordination with delivery team.

Must have Skills: Client Interaction Skills, Business Process Analysis, Technology Solution Architecting, Solution and Roadmap Design. Presentation and Documentation Skills. Should have experience in handling presales of managed services in the following areas

- End user

- Networking

- Security

- Data Centre

Should have experience in handling various tools and automation in the managed services area.

Good to have skills:

- Experience in construction of technical solutions for customer requirements

- Excellent experience of customer interface environment & Business development process

- Creative problem solving and technical objection handling capabilities

Growth Excellence

- Responsible for enabling Account management team towards penetration of services in platinum, gold & silver accounts

- Increasing market coverage through proactive specifications & positioning innovative solutions

Customer Experience Excellence

- Responsible for adherence to SLAs and provide consultative solution design for customer

Corporate Governance

- Lead by example in following code of conduct, corporate governance policies, & other Company policies and processes.
