Role Definition :
Business Management :
- Responsible for managing IT sales & account management in Global and Large Enterprises & have strong exposure in handling IT products & Solutions specific to system integrators.
- Responsible for creation and management of business from assigned set of named accounts so as to achieve business results while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Achieving Quarterly and yearly target as per business goal and organization's goals.
- New logo hunting for future prospects and addition of new logos in the list of accounts.
- Identify and grow opportunities within territory and collaborate with sales teams to ensure growth attainment.
- Develop and maintain excellent customer relationship with Leverage networks.
- Create and maintain a healthy sales funnel and pipeline and prepare regular forecasts to enable effective forward planning to achieve the targets.
- Work closely with the partner led sales team to develop channel eco system.
- Increase wallet share within the existing accounts by increased account penetration.
Interface/Communication :
- Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to clients
- Develop aligned strategy for each key client, and provide value-added support for customer.
- Meet with the clients top decision makers.
- Consistently communicate the value the company provides to the client.
Client Relationship Management :
- Transformation from traditional product selling to developing relationship-led business.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client needs and objectives.
- Strong network & C Level connects with Enterprise domain within India business.
Client Management : Understand client's org set up, LOB, Present and future IT requirements, purchase process, payment process, functions of key personnel, IT set up and possible Competition at account.
- Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key stakeholders and executive sponsors.
- Provides regular two-way communication between the client and team, to provide strong team representation and set proper client expectations.
Client Information and Awareness :
- Know the client's business as well as they do.
- Write business plans for all current and opportunity tender business.
- Always know what the competitors are trying to do within the key account.
Reporting :
- Forecast and track key account metrics.
- Reports to the Branch Manager, providing regular input on all account activity, including status and call reports.
- Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
- Responsible for tracking and collection of BR and maintain the profit margins.
Corporate Citizenship :
- Lead by example in following code of conduct, corporate governance policies, & other sales policies and processes.
- Abide by the law of land.
- Play the role of HCL brand ambassador

- Proven account management skills in order to create, maintain and enhance client relationships
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and CEO-level
- Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
