Head of Quality - Product support and customer lifecycle management  Quality Assurance, Custodian Of Quality Framework Deployed, Associated Training And Compliance Audits  PS & CLM Head of Quality is responsible for deployment of HCL quality policies, procedures and initiatives within PS Business Unit and running quality assurance programs  Location : Noida & available to travel as needed  Responsibilities :  - Responsible for quality teams within the business unit  - Provide quality support Product Support business unit head  - Monitoring the timely completion of Quality Assurance reviews and maintaining the accuracy and integrity of QA records  - Provide early warning management assistance, including working with operations and engagement teams and quality SMEs to follow up and track questions from governance and cadence reviews  - Create and review reports, perform ad-hoc analysis, and implement action plans to improve compliance with Quality & Risk policies and procedures.  - Identify recommendations for continuous improvement in global processes and controls, monitoring, reporting/communicating results, and escalating/following up on issues.  - Accountable for data accuracy, timeliness and overall quality of the work product.  QUALIFICATIONS Degrees, Certifications, Experience :  - Bachelor's or PG degree preferably in Business Administration, or Finance.  - Broad Information Quality, Security & compliance knowledge.  - 12+ years of experience in quality, risk management, auditing, information security, project management or a combination.  - MBB or BB certified  TOP REQUIRED BEHAVIORS AND SKILLS :  - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to interact with global stakeholders  - Ability to be run teams and cross function programs.
