HCL - Executive/Sr Executive/AM - Financial Planning & Analysis

Position: Exec/ Sr. Exec/ Asst Manager (FP&A) [depending upon experience]

Qualifications: MBA (Finance)/ M.com/ ICWA

Experience Required: 2-7 years

Roles & Responsibilities:

- The Main job of this role is of Finance Analytics.

- MIS consolidation of Budget, Actual and Forecasting for all segments.

- Monthly reporting with variance analysis wrt last month and Budgets for each Enabling Function

- Monthly review with business and highlight areas of concern areas.

- Having good analytical skills in analyzing the P&L and to explain the variance in quarterly, half yearly and annually audit review.

- SAP Experience is an added advantage.
