Role: DU Head (Candidates preferred from Chennai location)

- 15+ Years of IT industry experience, minimum 5 years of managing IT Infrastructure for medium to large customers

- Excellent communication and customer relationship skills

- Hands on experience in managing large transition, transformation and steady state service delivery on the IT infrastructure space

- Exposure to managing complex IT infrastructure is highly desirable

- Experience in managing portfolio of 20M+ and 300+ resources

- Good exposure to Pre-Sales process

- Good experience in budgeting and P&L management is a must

- Implementation experience in IT Service Management using ITIL best practices
