Experience - 5-9 yrs (5- 7 years of similar work experience (may not be specific to IT/ ITES domain)

JD :

- Communicate with clients/ sales personnel- s/ senior leadership and understand the research objectives

- Select the most appropriate research methodology and techniques to meet the business objectives

- Conduct deep-dive research and analysis and create reports with actionable insights

- Creation of Market Intelligence, Competitive Intelligence, Account Intelligence and Trends and Issue Analysis reports for global ICT clients

- Manage projects independently and coordinate with stakeholders on a continuous basis

- Work directly with the senior management on strategic projects and collaborating on various ICT projects with various stakeholders

- Deliver presentations of research findings to various stakeholders and advising then on how to best use research findings

- Answer queries and resolve any issues that the stakeholder has

- Knowledge of SPSS and SAS is advantageous
