Position - Solution Principal / Domain Consultant

Experience - 7-15 yrs

Qualification - MBA

- Exposure - Should have minimum 6 yrs in Retail / CPG (consumer packaging goods) consulting space through one of the consulting organisation.

Location - Noida/Chennai.

JD :

- Solution Principal / Domain consultant with 10 + years’ experience in consulting services working with global organizations. Candidate should have worked for minimum of 5 years’ in Retail / CPG consulting space thru one of the consulting organizations.

Responsibilities:

- Ability to do domain consulting/ advisory services (Business Process Improvement/ Re-engineering, Gap Analysis, CRPs, Transformation Roadmaps etc.) to Retail and CPG customers

- Develop domain led propositions on topics of prime concern for company’s global Retail & CPG clientele

- Ability to position and take the Retail & CPG consulting offerings in global markets

Must Haves:

- Should have been part of the defining the strategy for Business Transformational programs for Retail / CPG organizations

- Should have experience in consulting in Retail / CPG business process improvement/ Re Engineering

- Deep knowledge of the Retail & CPG end to end business value chain

- In Depth knowledge of Retail & CPG Business Processes and its dependencies

- Excellent analytical skills and a strong sense for structure and logic

- Strong in POS, Store back office, HO etc.

- Experience of working with globally dispersed project teams, in a matrix organizational set-up
