Looking for business analysts to work on a project for one of the leading Internet companies in the world.  Responsibilities:  - Work with the client to identify and improve key metrics for a large operation involving 1000s of staff.   - Implement operations improvement strategies based on 6 sigma, lean etc  - Generate and present key metrics/reports to senior management, to track project/process improvements  - Generate/shape large deals for HCL at this client through a consultative selling process.   The key skills needed are:  - Tier 1 MBA  - Aptitude to expand HCL’s business with the client through effective senior management engagement  - Understanding of six sigma/lean and other operational improvement methodologies  - Understanding of SQL  - Strong communication skills  - Understanding of project management methodologies and some exposure to IT services preferable.
