Location : Sector-126, Noida  Job Description  - Management of brand building and evangelization activities for creating high degree of brand salience of brand HCL across key cities and geographies  - Support in management of brand's overall growth strategy and planning, as well as tactical operational activities including event management  - Handling the brand's ATL and BTL activities, including radio, TV, print, outdoor and activations (including strategy, media planning and buying, and creative design and production)   - Handling active engagement and awareness creation activities for the brand on all its digital assets (including strategy, media planning and buying, and creative design and publishing)  - Measuring relevant metrics to understand visibility and engagement across platforms and preparing weekly/monthly MIS reports for the management  - Responsible for the creation of marketing and communication collateral such as mailers, brochures, posters, AVs, etc.  - Coordinating with various internal and external stakeholders and agencies to plan and execute activities and events  - Support the management in other marketing and strategic activities as and when required  Profile :   - Post-graduate (MBA/PGDM) from premier institution with demonstrated interest and 2-3 years of experience in marketing/branding activities, including event planning and management  - Experience in BTL and ATL marketing, including radio, print, TV, outdoor and activations  - Experience in digital marketing (including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, Google) and sound knowledge of marketing analytics for all these platforms  - Demonstrated ability in problem solving, strategic thinking, multi-tasking and project execution skills  - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
