As a Transition & Transformation manager the requirement is:

- Possess broad cross platform and strong project/program management expertise

- Have proficiency in the data center operations, emerging technologies, frameworks

- Business acumen and commercial awareness: understand strategic business objectives and be motivated by the application of technology and process change to deliver business value.

- Ability to champion large scale enterprise change and transformational initiatives that require organisational and behavioural change in their local area of responsibility

- Ability to champion and implement the global vision and strategy in green field situations.

- Develop and execute an integrated and detailed transition/transformation, communication, training, organization and business readiness strategy that ensures impacted stakeholders are prepared for the changes to processes, policies and systems.
