Roles / Responsibilities and Skill Sets  Mandatory experience in RFP / RFI / Pre-sales bid management and solutions in banking / Capital Markets / F&A domain (Business Process Outsourcing). Only delivery experience will not hold relevant in this role  1. Demonstrated domain experience in banking sub domains such as Cards, Lending, Mortgage etc  2. Strong experience in Pre Sales, Customer Management, Delivery Support, Consulting, Partnering solutions  3. Must have led large BFS / F&A RFI's, RFP's, RFQ,s as a Solution Architect  4. In-depth understanding of Banking & Financial Services and F&A market analysis, trends, competitor market  5. Thorough understanding of the Retail/ Commercial/ Wholesale business life cycle from opportunity identification to solution designing to transition planning to delivery  6. Working with Transition & Operational teams to communicate Client expectations for service delivery post deal closure.  7. Collateral building experience example Presentation Fliers, Approach Notes, Case studies, White papers, collaterals etc.  8. Experience in managing at-least 2 end-to-end life cycle of a BFS / F&A program from Pre-sales to Transitions to Operations to Relationship management  9. Proven track record leading large BFS / F&A BPO outsourcing deals  10. At least 2-3 due diligence projects managed, clear understanding of feasibility study, FMEA, Transition Planning, RTO concepts  11. Knowledge of different pricing models is a must and should have had experience in pricing of a deal Develop innovative business models per specific client requirements - innovation around existing engagement & commercial models  12. Exposed to BFS / F&A domain Operations & preferably worked in Managerial capacity for 2-3+ yrs.  13. At-least 3-4 years of experience in Pre Sales/ bid management  15. Excellent communication skills & high level of maturity is essential for success.  16. Proven leadership & people management skills with large, multi-functional RFP’s.   17. Excellent Relationship Management & Customer orientation  18.
