JD as follows:

We are keenly looking for Hard core Sales Professionals for SALES MANAGERS / ACCOUNT MANAGERS / REGIONAL SALES MANAGERS / BUSINESS DEVELOPMENET MANAGERS designation to handle our Indian Business, with the below criteria:

- IT Industry experience in Infra Sales, Application Sales, Infra Management Services Sales.

- To have diverse cross-functional exposure to multiple OEMs products & technologies in the IT Infrastructure Domain & Application Domain in Enterprise Vertical.

- Works with customers for requirements analysis, solutions design & services positioning.

- Works with business teams to build effective sales strategies around positioned solutions, provide techno-commercial modelling & sales support during the entire opportunity cycle.

- Is responsible for working with partners to manage the business relationship both at a strategic and tactical level.

- Determination of client needs and alignment of internal clients as an account manager responsible for P&L from these accounts

- To be part of the core team working on bids for large projects for clients in India.

Specialties:

- Manage the Infra Solutions Design Team / Application Domain Team, Captive (International In-house Centers) for India

- Drive new initiatives within the organization with respect to technology and business offerings

- Specific focus on Managed Services Offerings, Application Sales

- Successfully completed responses to RFIs and RFPs, including, effort estimation, budgeting, solution offering

Handling OEM relationships to increase sales
