Position: Lead/AM - HRBP  Reporting: Senior Director - HR  Department: Human Resource  Location: Noida  Qualification:  - MBA - HR  Experience:  - 4 - 6 years of HR experience out of which 2 years to be in employee relations / HRBP role  - Should have handled over 500 employees in HRBP capacity  - Target Industries : IT Services / IT Product / BPO's / Consulting   Skills:  - Analytical and Problem Solving Skills   - Excellent Communication skills & good listener with pleasing personality  - Self-starter & Team Player  - Good Business Acumen  - Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint  - Culture and Change Agent  - Stakeholder Management  Responsibilities:  - Acts as a single point of the contact for the employees and managers in the business unit  - Keep an active interface with HOD, Managers and Employees with regular communication  - Act as internal consultant and change agent to ensure cultural and organizational initiatives are understood and accepted by employees  - Provide professional advice to BU Heads and managers on all HR topics & proactively supports them for executing these processes  - Identify needs of employees & work towards making the environment a great place to work  - Ensure policies are implemented in true spirit   - Keep tab on issues of compliance, performance & behaviour of employees & support HODs / Managers to handle them  - Ensure high level of employee engagement and commitment through Assimilation process, surveys, focus groups, skip level meetings, welfare programs, assistance/counselling programs, grievance handling etc.  - Work on retention strategy of the organisation   - Build inclusive working environment and strong employee retention programs by understanding managers and employee's needs and challenges.  - Prepare report, decks for various HR-MIS: on-boarding, demographics report, attrition, communication transfers etc.  - Understand, disseminate and provide consultative support in performance management methodology, roll-outs, tracking and ensuring completion within timelines  - Drive R&R activities on the floor and ensure fair selection as per the R&R philosophy of the organization  - Responsibility for behavioural, leadership development, language trainings in the BU  - Manage, implement and execute the Appraisal Management System and process for the BU within defined timelines to enhance employee experience focusing career development  - Enable job rotation, internal sourcing and succession plan  - Participate in the Departmental Strategy, Team Communication, Town Hall meetings  About hCentive:  At hCentive, our mission is to empower everyone to gain access to health benefits through intuitive and personalized digital solutions.
