- Manage the sales of Hasman Software Services with the singular focus on consistently meeting target revenue numbers
- Responsible for new business development - identifying, processing and closing new sales opportunities within the India region
- Proactive prospecting with the pre-sales team for cold calls, emails, industry conferences as primary sales channels
- Responsible for positioning our services - IT enablement through Oracle EBS and any other technologies as we grow further
- Responsible for managing commercial negotiations with prospects and clients
- 4-5 Years Experience in Oracle ERP Sales with Good track record of converting Leads into Confirmed opportunities. Experience in selling solutions and Add-on tools will be an added advantage
- Have polished presentation, communication, and analytical skills.
- Extensive knowledge of lead generation process, data collection, and data analytics, making e-mailing format, creating the e-mail ids.
- Must be able to position the company to prospective Customer CTO's by interacting with them, preparing proposals and presentations for the meeting.
- Should have experience in doing Competitors research in the market, tapping new clients and gathering required details from different channels
- Someone who can sell sand in the desert
