- The leader needs to provide that edge to them, hence he needs to think future at all times.

- They are a small company, and this leader should add zeros to their revenue over the next 5 years.

- His reward will not be the salary but growth which is the envy of multinational competition. In this process of growth, the leader will also grow his wealth exponentially. An Indian company, they are much ahead of their international contemporaries and we want the leader to increase this gap substantially.

- The interested leader should be willing to subscribe to at least 10% of the company capital currently valued at about Rs 50 million.
