Haptik is looking for a senior leader to join the management team and lead overall business growth and marketing. This person will manage the growth, marketing, business intelligence functions and work closely with the CEO on a day-to-day basis. This is a high impact, fast paced role which needs someone with a good understanding of e-commerce marketing, analytics and product. You will be responsible for overall key metrics of the company: Active Users, Transactions, GMV, Revenue, Marketing Spend. If you are looking for an entrepreneurial opportunity in one of India's fastest growing mobile commerce startups, this role is for you.  Responsibilities:  - Build and manage the overall growth strategy including new user acquisition + retention  - Manage the overall marketing budget comprising of digital, brand, incentives  - Own and optimize all key growth metrics such as DAU, MAU, CAC, LTV  - Manage a team of about 10 people across growth, brand marketing and business intelligence functions  - Work closely with Founders and Board on overall business plan and strategy  - Stay up to date with both India and global market trends on e-commerce and consumer internet  Requirements:  - 8-10 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, analytics and related fields  - Bachelors/Master's Degree in Engineering from a Tier 1 institute; MBA preferred  - Experience having worked on and scaled a mobile product to millions of users  - In depth understanding of mobile payments, specifically wallets and cashbacks  - Experience working in startups or successful entrepreneurial ventures  - Strong problem solving and analytical skills  - Self-driven, comfortable with a fast-paced, always-on, highly ambiguous environment
