Haptik is currently looking out for a someone to lead chat bot integration across the company's enterprise clients. This is an extremely cross functional role where the ideal candidate will need to have a balance of Product and Sales skill set. You will need to understand how engineering works and be able to translate that in client friendly language. Chat bots are going to replace every manual process in organizations, and this person will be central to making this change happen.   Responsibilities:  Work closely with external clients and internal sales, engineering teams to come up with chat bot solutions  Understand client requirements and build a solution that solves a true need at the same time is economically viable for Haptik   Have a solid understanding of Haptik chat bots and the engineering behind it  Track progress of market specific product improvements and measure impact  Collaborate with sales teams to continually upsell solutions to clients that generate greater profitability   Work closely with relevant ecosystem partners to develop long term strategies and drive exponential growth  Requirements:  3-5 years of experience in a Product Management or Partner Integration role  Bachelors/Master's Degree in Engineering from a Tier 1 institute like IIT, BIT, NIT, etc. or US/UK  Strong understanding of the enterprise solutions ecosystem  Balance between Product and Sales  Experience working in startups or successful entrepreneurial adventures   Strong problem solving and analytical skills  Self-driven, comfortable with a fast-paced, always-on, highly ambiguous environment
