- Title: Vice President & Business Head - Digital Infrastructure Management Services

- Reports to: Chief Operating Officer

- Location: Bangalore

Description of the Role

- Provide global practice leadership by facilitating a community of like-minded practitioners to share and exchange ideas for practice growth and improvement

- Help shape the emerging model of the global unified communications and device management practice

- Create service accelerators and differentiators for the practice

- Provide thought leadership to build innovative solutions in digital infra management space

- Work closely with the global and local solution design teams in developing Offerings, Proposals / RFP responses and SOWs(Presales and Sales support)

- Provide Thought Leadership to build innovative solutions in digital infra management space

- Become a recognized thought leader in one of the core domains, utilizing conferences, white papers, client presentations to build awareness of Happiest Minds credentials

- Participate in project delivery, to varying degrees depending on project complexity and geography needs. Responsible for New solution development

- Mentor a team of Global practitioners in the core domain and create a Practice that is capable of solution development, sales enablement and delivery-market ready solutions

Job Specification

- 22 years of experience in consulting and systems integration in a top tier IT services firm

- At least 15 years- experience working in projects related to the Infrastructure domain

- Experience working with Infrastructure and Security practitioners is Mandatory

- Understanding of Gross Margins, P&L Management

- Good overall understanding of IT infrastructure design, IT operations, Data center maintenance, Vendor co-ordination, Voice & Data Network setups, End User computing

- Exceptional Strategic Planning and Leadership skills
