Job Title : Manager/Senior Manager - Business Development (Information Technology Services)  Location : Mumbai (West Region)  Reports to : Head, India Sales  Experience: 5-10 Years  Qualification: Any Graduate with MBA preferred  Job Description:  - Drive the entire sales cycle from initial customer engagement to closed sales and track the payments diligently  - Prospect for potential customers using various direct methods such as cold calling, face to face meetings, and indirect methods such as networking  - Establish relationships with new customers and secure contracts with new customers that achieve assigned sales quotas and targets  - Develop and maintain territory plans which outline how sales targets will be met on an ongoing basis  - Develop and maintain key account plans that identify opportunities for company to deliver value, strategic motivators, main stakeholders, buying processes and forecasted sales  - Work with the practice and deliver the proposals on time to the decision makers   - Work with marketing team to plan and execute lead generation campaigns  - Cultivate strong relationships with third party and partner companies that may be required to deliver full solutions to customers  Candidate profile:  - Any Graduate with MBA with a minimum of 5+ years of experience with at least the last 3 years in selling software solutions in the Information Technology space across multiple domains  - Strong track record in acquiring new customer logos and negotiation skills, including advanced sales knowledge  - Must be comfortable working with executive management as well as articulating strategy, solutions and services  - Should have an extensive knowledge of market trends, industry participants, new technologies & business models   - Strong Analytical and negotiation skills  About Happiest Minds Technologies  Happiest Minds is focused on helping customers build Smart, Secure and Connected experience by leveraging disruptive technologies like mobility, analytics, security, cloud computing, social computing and unified communications.
