Title: Sr.Practice Director-GRC(Governance, Risk and Compliance)

Reports to: Practice-Delivery Head

Education: BE/ME/BTech/MTech from any discipline

Location: Bangalore

As a Senior Practice Director, you would be responsible for

- Build strategy for Market Development, Sales and Presales for GRC space.

- Lead all Presales, proposals, RFP responses in line with Happiest Minds Service offerings

- Design Governance, Risk and Compliance solutions and practice offering for the Global Market place for GRC customers.

- Perform Competitive Market Analysis of service offerings, tools and technology in GRC space.

- Build practice capability and skills tuned to service offering for GRC practice. Identify skills and expertise, certification requirements for the team to service customers globally.

- Provide directions for hiring and training to build practice capability in line with Happiest Minds Services offerings.

- Development of Alliances and Partnerships necessary to develop Market Leadership position.

- Build industry best practices, process, standards for project execution and deliverables.

- Demonstrate thought leadership through close interface with Gartner & Forrester for showcasing technical strengths and positioning of solutions for various industry segments.

- Build industry visibility and thought leadership through publishing of white papers, blogs participation, taking lead in speaking engagements in Forums and Technical conferences

Skills and Expertise

- BE/ME/MTech with 12-15 years of total experience and at least 10 years of experience of designing and delivery of GRC solutions to the Global customers

- Demonstrate strong background and expertise on various risk and compliance solutions in the marketplace, competitive landscape, strengths and weaknesses of various solutions.

- Thorough knowledge of one or more IT processes and controls and deep understanding of control frameworks (CoBIT, ISO, NIST, ITIL, PCI).

- Excellent knowledge of information security regulatory requirements and standards such as ISO 270001/2, SOX, GLBA, HIPPA and PCI.

- Strong understanding of IT Governance tools, integration and implementation requirements for different industry verticals.

- Should have handled a minimum of 50+ team size, hiring and managing best skills

- Must have one or more industry certifications including CISA, CISSM, CISSP, CISA, CRISE, CERT, SANS Certifications, ITIL, BS 7799 Auditor certification etc.

- Good to have represented in various Technical forums and customer forums on Technology Thought Leadership

- Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
