Primary Responsibilities:

- Identify & conceptualize the industry sub segments & industry specific Retail solutions

- Be the Retail Solutions Consultant with customers during portfolio pre-sales and deployment, own functional training for sales teams and channel partners

- Responsible for developing the customer experience strategy for Retail that includes Space Planning, Category Management, Segmentation/Assortment Planning etc

- Responsible for the Go To Market Strategy

- Presales and Business Development activities focused on SMAC retail solutions

- Execute sales/pipeline generation campaigns

- Ideation and creation of Marketing collaterals and Brochures

- Identification of industry service providers for partnerships

- Interfacing with customers and partners to understand business & technological environments, current and future requirements; participate in customer events and user conferences as a solutions expert

Experience Required:

- An MBA with 8-12 years experience in Retail solutioning

- Strong experience in Retail, with at least last 4+ years as a Business or Technology Consultant in the Retail space in an IT company

- Possess Strategic Orientation/thinking and Project Management skills in complex deployment scenarios

- Should be willing to work with global, cross-location organizations in an entrepreneurial environment

- Possess excellent communication skills
