Job Title : Senior Sales Manager - IMSS

Location : New York/NJ/Atlanta/Boston(East Coast)

Reporting to : Country Head/Sales Head -US(IMSS)

Experience : 8-12 years OR 12-16 years

Qualification: BE/MBA

Citizenship: Green Card/ US Citizens/ Valid H1B

Job Responsibilities

- Manage a geographical territory - East Coast - United States

- Achieve agreed sales targets, specifically those mentioned in the offer document and others that may be assigned to him from time to time by the management.

- Attend meetings, tradeshows and exhibitions to build awareness about the company in his territory, build contacts and networks to gain in-depth understanding of the market and customer requirements, and help Happiest Minds develop appropriate Go-to-market strategies

- Call on customers, set up meetings, introduce the Happiest Minds Technology solutions to customer base, build common agreement between customer and delivery teams regarding technical and commercial terms of the requirement and conclude the business

- Any other responsibilities that may be added to his role from time to time

Experience required:

- Should have 8+ or 12 +years of experience in developing sales and building client relationships, Selling Infrastructure and Security solutions preferably in OEM space in East Coast Region of US with atleast the last 4-5 years in selling IMSS solutions

- Should have good communication and technical appreciation skills. Knowledge about Infra, Security, Cloud, Mobility and Analytics will be an added plus.

- Should be willing to travel frequently and meet clients at multiple locations in US

- Good /active connects with CISO, CIO is a plus.

- Should have a track record of building and executing successful sales strategies. Be an upright corporate citizen and uphold the SMILES (Sharing, Mindful, Integrity, Learning, Excellence and Social Responsibilities) values of Happiest Minds at all times.
