As an IAM Practice Lead, you would be responsible for

- Assisting IAM Practice leadership in planning and identifying channels for business development and expansion

- Researching and conceptualizing solution approach for niche IAM requirements and conceptualizing innovative solutions

- Strong and proven experience of Architecting and designing identity and access management solutions

- Should have strong experience of IAM areas like Access Governance, SSO, Provisioning

- Strong Pre-sales, service design and Practice Development capabilities

- Strong knowledge of different components of IAM ecosystem

- Should have built business in at least two geo i.e.US, Europe and India/APAC.

Skills and Expertise

- BE/ME/MTech with 12-14 years of total experience and atleast 6 years of experience of designing and delivery manage Identity and Access Management to global customers

- Should have handled a minimum of 15+ team size, hiring and managing best skills

- Strong knowledge of IAM implementation through at least one large scale end to end IAM/Access and Governance (AGS)implementation

- Hands on knowledge on any of the IAM tools/technology would be a great advantage

- Should have strong knowledge ON APPLICATION Onboarding with IAM

- Strong Process orientation skills specifically in Change and Release during transition

- Good to have represented in various Technical forums and customer forums on technology thought leadership

- Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
