As a Practice Lead you should have:

- A thorough knowledge on Mobile Technologies - Native, Hybrid, and Web Responsive design. Should have a good Arch understanding of various popular development tools available for Mobile App development

- Worked at least on one or more of the Mobile Middleware technology and a good understanding of the various facets of interfaces to the enterprise backend systems. Should have Arch understanding of MEAP, MCAP, Context Aware platforms

- Complete knowledge of the interfaces and technology interfaces involving Social Media Integrations, Content Management systems, CRMs amongst others

- Good understanding of Data interface models using WSDL, WADL, RESTFUL, JSON, SOAP, XML is essential

- Awareness in Mobile Analytics tools and working, Storage, Security, Device Management

- Ability in deploying solutions to the Android & iOS platform, Windows Phone, Blackberry, Symbian and Mobile Web Technologies like HTML5.

Experience Required:

- BE with 12 -15 years experience in Enterprise Mobility

- Be the Single point of contact for all the proposals/solutioning/RFP responses for ITS mobility practice

- Strong expertise in Mobile Technology with at least last 4+ years in leading the ITS Mobility practice

- Strong consulting skills and experience in leading consulting teams

- Possess strong organizational and leadership skills in order to work globally across our Consulting teams and drive results
