Role: Compliance Manager-Corp IS,

Location: Bangalore. Reports to GM.

Experience: 6 years relevant experience, not exceeding 12 years in total experience

Location: Bangalore

Skills: Implementation knowledge in ISO27001, BCP & DR, Process audits, security controls audit, Planning & Coordination of audits, Knowledge of PCI DSS & NIST standards, SSAE16/SOC2 reporting, Knowledge on US, UK, & European data protection laws, documentation skills, communication & inter-personal skills.

Responsibilities:

1. Maintain ISO27001/SOC2 compliance

- Review controls across delivery and enabling functions

- Track risk registers

- Review and make update updates to security policy, process, procedure & guideline documents

- Track external audit findings

- Help close audit findings

- Conduct security & process awareness training

- Perform risk & compliance assessments for customer accounts & projects

- Plan & perform or participate in IT recovery tests

- Track changes in infrastructure and applications

2. Plan and execute new compliance initiatives

3. Prepare monthly reports

4. Respond to security incidents

5. Provide support for RFIs, RFPs

6. Vet / Review contracts from data security & compliance point of view
