Designation: Delivery Manager (Java/J2EE/Dot Net)  Years of Experience: 12-15 Years  Reports to: Head of Delivery  Location: Bangalore  Job Responsibilities  - Lead and manage day-to-day operations of project(s) and scope Planning and implementation of a project, facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables  - Define project tasks and resource requirements Develop full scale project plans  - Manage project budget and project resource allocation together with Resource Management Team Plan and schedule project timelines. Track project deliverables using appropriate tools Provide direction and support to project team Manage the quality assurance team  - Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders  - Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs Project evaluations and assessment of results   - Manage project revenue and P&L  - Identify opportunities, and lead proposal efforts. Deliver high quality software solutions using a predictable delivery process. Set clear expectations for the project with a focus on achieving results efficiently.
