Role: Analytics Practice Lead (Product Engineering Services)

Reports to: Global Head - Analytics

Education: BE/MBA

Primary Responsibilities:

- Lead the PES- Analytics practice and spearhead all Pre Sales & Solutioning initiatives.

- Define the service offering roadmap straddling BI-DW, Big Data and Advanced Analytics

- Working closely with sales teams, client interfacing, collateral development, research and assistance in lead generation, deal closure.

- Create value proposition for Go-to-Market strategy developing offerings and identifying market segments

- Responsible for Solution identification & development pertaining to Analytics enabled embedded solutions - PaaS etc

- Thought Leadership & ability to build Analytics strategy and contribute to larger PES strategy, understanding Market and Technology trends and translating that into Service Offerings, building plan/strategy to meet financial targets like Gross Margin and revenue and Operational targets like utilization etc

- Responsible for building the team from scratch and to hire the talent in BDA space rapidly and growing the team through its incubation phase

Experience Required:

- A Engineer/MBA with 12- 16 years with excellent knowledge of Analytics (esp M2M) and Product Engineering Lifecycle and understanding of Conceptual selling

- Possess excellent Leadership and communication skills

- Should have Multiple Domain exposure - eCommerce, e-learning, M2M / IoT etc
