Digital Marketing Mastermind B2B - Happay  Who We Want  A digital marketing enthusiast with a creative and analytical bent of mind to drive our digital marketing efforts  In this role, you will be working directly with happay Co-founder and Head of Marketing.  What You Will Do:  SEO:  - develop and implement new keyword strategies that increase ranking and traffic  - evaluate and tweak approaches based on analytics, business goals and customer feedback  - practice creative yet fair tactics to hack growth and boost traction  - build and execute link building strategies  Social Media:  - Manage and track social media campaigns for happay  - Use social media analytics tools and tweaks social strategies based on findings  - Monitor and respond to, and communicate with happay's online community  - Finds new and creative ways to engage with TG on social media platforms  PPC:  - Plan and implement paid search campaigns  - Track and evaluate performance of paid search campaigns  - Communicate progress with the marketing team  - Support optimisation of marketing spend on paid search  The Ideal Candidate Will Have:  - 2 years of professional experience covering SEO, SEM and Social Media  - Strong Google Adwords experience (certification is a plus), fluency in Google Analytics   - A go-getter who can do things hands-on, with minimal direction   - Excellent analytical skills and ability to derive actionable insights from data  - Strong written and communication skills, we love grammar nazis  About Happay:  Happay is one of the most innovative and game changing startups in the Indian Payments industry.
