We are backed by top angel investors.   Job role :  - The manager would be responsible for the daily running and management of the lead generation team through the effective use of resources.  - He/She will have responsibility for meeting, and possibly setting, lead generation targets as well as planning areas of improvement or development. He/She will ensure that calls and emails are answered by staff within agreed time scales and in an appropriate manner.  - The manager will liaise with businesses for which they provide the first response, as well as coordinate and motivate the team and may manage staff recruitment.  Responsibilities :  - Managing the daily running of the lead generation, including sourcing equipment, effective resource planning and implementing strategies and operations.  - Ensuring all relevant communications, records and data are updated and recorded, Advising prospects on products and services available.  - Liaising with stakeholders to gather information and resolve issue/queries.  - Coordinating with Regional Sales Managers to ensure quality of leads, gain feedback and maintain a healthy pipeline-   - Monitoring calls to improve quality minimise errors and track operative performance.
