Hansa Cequity - Key Account Manager (6-8 yrs)
Position: Key Account Manager
Main Interactions Internal: Liaison with employees at all levels & functions.
External: Managing client relationships
Key Responsibilities
- Managing clients in the sector assigned.
- Prepare presentations, working documents and other business management requisites.
- Be able to undertake end-to-end data led campaigns.
- Comfortable with data and numbers. Should have demonstrated aptitude to understand numbers.
- Be able to consult and advice clients on optimising use of customer data to make meaningful impact to their business
- Handle cross-functional teams like Data Analysts, Creative teams and Campaign Delivery teams to ensure high levels of team work and delivery
- Strategy, Conceptualization and Creative Execution
- Creative briefing
- Ideation on Clubs - Events, Alliances, etc.
- Creation of a quarterly engagement calendar
- Program Research
- Providing strategic direction to programs
- Alliance Planning basis data/analytics
- Generating and managing member feedback

Profile, Experience & Qualification
- MBA/Post Graduate with at least 4-5 years of experience in Client Facing / Account management role
