Desired Candidate Profile:
- Generalist Experience in a BPO
- Min 5 years of experience in a BPO
- MBA or PGDBM in Human Resources is a must
Job Description:
- Be the first level of interface between HR & Operations
- Employee Engagement
- Grievances handling
- Exit Interview
- Appraisal & Appraisal Audits
- Counseling
- Roll-out and closure of Internal Job Posting
- Refresher training & awareness programmes on HR policies
- Implementation of HR initiatives on the floor such as HR Forums, PMS, Satisfaction surveys, etc
Compensation: Excellent, open to CTC & Not a constraint for the right candidate.
