Requirements:

- At least 2 years prior experience as an IT/Technology Recruiter

- Sound knowledge of new age recruitment tools and hiring trends

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Proven ability to work under pressure

- Excellent interpersonal skills to build professional relationships with clients and candidates

- Strong planning and organising skills and ability to prioritise conflicting deadlines

- Ability to drive results in a dynamic, complex and fast-paced environment

Client Relations:

- Gather information from clients to develop a detailed understanding of the nature and culture of their businesses.

- Establish and maintain good relationships with clients through regular telephone contact and reviewing our service to ensure it exceeds expectations.

- Follow-ups with clients for regular updates on the status on the candidates presented

- Develop strategies tailored to individual client requirement

Candidate Relations:

- Sourcing and Screening the Candidates as per client requirements using HackerEarth platform and database

- Developing and managing a candidate pool

- Attracting new candidates via networking, internal database, job portals, references & campus.

- Maintaining call cycles for selected pool of candidates

- Maintaining relationships with both sourced and placed candidates

- Communicating upcoming events to an identified pool of candidates.
