HackerEarth was started in 2013 by IIT, Roorkee graduates from its hostel rooms and plans to disrupt the technical recruitment industry. We are funded by Angel Venture Partners which is backed by some of the top Silicon Valley investors. We are rapidly growing and are 60+ members strong. We are based in Koramangala, Bangalore.

We are looking for a Product Manager who will work closely with the engineering and design team to build products. S/He should be visionary, entrepreneurial, innovative, and must have the ability to execute complex products. S/He will own the complete mobile app road map for HackerEarth.

Roles and responsibilities:

- Working with the design, marketing, engineering and sales team to crisply define various components of the product.

- Work closely with the engineering team to ensure the product is released on time.

- Work with the QA team to ensure all quality checks are done.

- Work with the marketing and the sales team to ensure that product meets the needs of customers/users

- Define success metrics for every product/feature, implement mechanism to track those metrics and use these metrics to further improve the product.

What skills you should have?

- Past experience of Product Management

- Past experience of building a mobile app

- Ability to understand needs of the customers/ users, translate them into features and working with the engineering team to understand the implementation details.

- Good communication skills

- Passion to talk numbers, track metrics and evaluate everything quantitatively
