Job Title : CMT Manager - Visual Merchandising and POS   Department : Sales   Reports to : National CMT manager   Location : Gurgaon  Key Responsibilities :  Working with creative agencies, Retail design agencies, & 3D studios for conceptualizing & designing innovative visibility/ POSM solutions for all GSK brands across all channels & formats i.e. General Trade & Modern Trade - covering small mom &pop stores to a wholesale store and finally the large format Modern trade store  - Leading the POS production process from Ideation, Designing/Qty. Planning/Prototyping/Production/ to delivery at the Depots and financial settlement of the Vendors.  - Develop a strong Vendor base to build organizational Capability towards meeting business objective  - Preparing Brand wise annual VM Strategy & Budget planning, in agreement with Category Manager   - Influence internal & External Stakeholders(Sales Team, Brand Team) with the right set of Functional POSM - By channel/Class of outlets   - Plan for the visibility elements and Qty. of POS to support Launches/Re-launches.  - Track day to day progress of the job, communicate dispatch plan to the regions and ensure delivery of the POS on time for the launch.  - Circulating monthly POS supply schedule dashboard to regions for next qtr POSM details  - Delivering 100% on all planned POSM.  - Managing monthly spends for POS across channels  Education & Experience :  - MBA with at-least 4-6 years of experience in FMCG, Telecom/ Durables  - Atleast 2 role in Visual Merchandising/ POS Designing/ Shopper Marketing, with specialization in conceptualizing, adapting and designing POSM   - FMCG category understanding and sub-channel knowledge is a must
