About the role: - Contacting &amp; interacting with reputed Buyers and Sellers. - Visit to vendors for the best possible selling merchandise. - Prepare the term card agreement with SOR vendors. - Prepare the purchase orders on daily basis from different vendors. - Coordinating with the warehouse team to do the GRN and Invoice. - No partial/pending GRN stock should be at warehouse. - Create the catalogue and upload it in the system. - Offers and commission to be updated in the system prior to the start of the event with approval from seller. - Plan replenishments and RTV regularly for Pays/SOR brands. - Analyze the sales and planned the monthly exclusive events to entice the online customers. - Planned a contribution sheet for the upcoming month events. - All the System SKU's to be mapped in their respective category. - Resolving Merchant queries related to payments, product, functioning etc. - Preparation of stock reconciliation report. Requirements -&nbsp; - Very good understanding of supply chain and operations of Retail / QSRs / ecommerce - Ability to define and execute operations scale up strategy - Knowledge of Excel, Vlookup, Hlookup is required - Bachelor degree and MBA is a must have About GruBox -&nbsp; GruBox is a VC funded cloud vending start-up by IITians.
