Designation : Data Analyst

Qualification Required : BE/B Tech- 2 yr/3 yrs + or MBA- 18 months+ from Premier Institutes

Remuneration : CTC - 12 - 15 lacs pa

Definition of Major Responsibilities and Functions :

- Provide regular reporting of marketing and operational metrics from our proprietary business intelligence (BI) platform

- Perform data analysis and report preparation using various tools, including MS Excel, SQL Server, R, SSRS and Tableau

- Build Models required for the business, validate the model on regular interval and optimize those

- Define key data for inclusion in and development of multiple dashboards

- Support data team's efforts to define and apply master data management practices and standards across our data systems

Desired Skills and Experience :

- Understanding of Web analytics, direct response marketing measurement, traditional marketing metrics and key performance indicators

- Experience in combining and implementing analytical and creative problem-solving techniques and approaches

- Ability to interpret information and communicate effectively to stakeholders at multiple levels of our organization.

- Attention to detail and quality work output in a fast-paced environment
