The payments practise at GrowthPraxis has worked with global organizations such as the largest mobile wallet player in the world, the largest remittance player, largest payment processor, and others and have helped them in defining growth, mitigating risks and solving key business challenges.

Position: Principal Management Consultant- at our Bangalore office with frequent travel to U.S.

This position would directly report to the CEO of GrowthPraxis and closely work with the LTP team. Compensation should not be an issue for the right candidate.

Job Description

- Demonstrate a good understanding of the payments industry and its components

- Demonstrate thought leadership in the global marketplace, including overall guidance, mentoring and supervision to the team

- The person would typically be working on multiple projects, responsible for end-to-end project delivery.

- The person will need to ensure that the advice provided to the clients is fact-based with strategic and tactical insights as per the requirement

- You will be working closely with your project teams to guide them to conduct in-depth secondary research and primary research, apply analysis techniques and solve problems for customers

- Actively contribute to the business development process, support sales teams in closing deals by participating in client calls and pitching solutions

- Develop insightful and leading market reports and newsletters

Job Requirements:

- Minimum 4 years experience in executing consulting/research projects for the banking and payments industry.

- In-depth understanding of 3 out of the following important market categories: Prepaid/Debit/PLCC cards, Credit cards, Mobile Wallets, Carrier Billing, EMV, NFC, Host card emulation and/or BLE

- MBA with an engineering degree is preferred. Candidates with payments tech and start-ups understanding would be given preference.
