Growth Hacker

Growth hacking is a process of rapid experimentation across marketing channels and product development to identify the most effective, efficient ways to grow a business. Growth hackers are marketers, engineers and product managers that specifically focus on building and engaging the user base of a business. Growth hackers often focus on low-cost alternatives to traditional marketing, e.g. using social media, viral marketing or targeted advertising.

Key responsibilities will be to -

- Create marketing roadmap in line with the marketing strategy and brand vision

- Oversee social media activities and align it to the marketing plan

- Create advertisement campaigns and constantly tweak them to improve results.

- Oversee and manage organic growth of the company in coordination with the SEO, content and design teams

- Create advertising campaigns and monitor their performance on a regular basis

- Create the content and design road map according to marketing and social media strategy

- Work with design and content team to ensure that these plans are translated into real action.

- Align and manage tasks for all key stakeholders and ensure that business runs smoothly

- Keep a hawk eye on the beverage industry and its marketing landscape, competitors and our own customers actions and feedback

- Create and share regular reports on business performance, marketing performance, sales etc.

- Constantly analyse customer activity on the website and conduct AB testing for increasing sales leading to increased market share

- Constantly work towards better User experience and create PRD, Wireframes and other documents.

- Work with design and content teams to translate these into real product and features
